When the 49th International Ötigheim Autumn Run kicks off on September 26, 2026, the region will once again be all about movement, community, and athletic ambition. As a regionally rooted company, EnergieTechnik Becker GmbH is delighted to once again support this traditional event as a partner and sponsor.
For many years, EnergieTechnik Becker has been involved in projects, associations, and events that bring people together and strengthen social life in our region. The International Ötigheim Autumn Run is an excellent example of this.
An event with tradition
For decades, the Ötigheim Autumn Run has been one of the most well-known running events in Central Baden. Year after year, hundreds of runners come to Ötigheim to master athletic challenges together and be part of a special community.
After the successful increase in participants last year, the organizers of TG Ötigheim are again expecting numerous participants from across the region in 2026.
The program includes:
- 400-meter Bambini run
- Student runs over 600 and 800 meters
- 5-kilometer run
- 10-kilometer run
Particularly noteworthy: In 2026, no entry fees will be charged for any of the competitions. This extraordinary commitment is once again made possible by Reinhard Hofmann, who covers the participation fees of all runners and also finances numerous material prizes.
Youth development begins in sports
As a company that places great value on education, development, and youth development, EnergieTechnik Becker is particularly pleased about the high participation of young athletes.
The Bambini and student runs have been highlights of the autumn run for many years. They not only promote the joy of movement but also convey important values such as fairness, discipline, team spirit, and perseverance.
