From a small team with a lot of passion, we became a company that now implements projects throughout Europe. Here we show the most important milestones.
In 2006, Marcus Becker laid the foundation for EnergieTechnik Becker in Karlsruhe. From the very beginning, the focus was clearly on energy technology – with deep expertise, practical training, and genuine pioneering spirit. Olga Becker joined the management board in 2008. Starting with just two employees, the company quickly developed into a reliable partner in energy supply.
By expanding into building technology and continuously investing in skilled personnel, the range of services grew rapidly. Flat hierarchies still enable quick decisions and flexible solutions for customers from all areas of energy supply.
A real milestone was the development of mobile container transformer stations, which are now used worldwide – from large construction sites to festivals and emergency power supplies. We are also among the innovative pioneers in the industry with our highly specialized cable measurement vehicle and digital measurement technology.
In 2015, the sole proprietorship became EnergieTechnik Becker GmbH. Today, the team comprises over 40 specialists – including master craftsmen, technicians, and independent experts. This strong foundation allows us to continuously expand our service portfolio.
Since October 2021, we have been based in our new, modern company headquarters – with spacious office, warehouse and training facilities. The new location is an expression of growth, innovation, and future viability.
As a recognized training company, we continuously invest in the next generation. Likewise, occupational safety and health protection are central – with regular training, modern technology, and a 24/7 emergency service.
Our early positioning on social media has made us one of the most visible craft businesses in Germany today. Platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn help us attract talent, convince customers, and strengthen brand loyalty – authentically and approachably. With a broad customer base ranging from grid operators to industrial companies and non-profit organizations, we are active not only in Germany but across Europe. Through strong partnerships and high competence, projects of all sizes are successfully implemented.
